In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698, the personal data you have shared within the scope of your job application is processed by our Company in the capacity of data controller within the framework described below.

1. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

• Identity information: name, surname, date of birth
• Contact information: phone number, e-mail address, address
• Professional experience information: educational status, work experience, certificates and training information, foreign language skills
• Visual records: photograph included in your resume
• Other: information you share voluntarily in the application form and your resume, as well as information regarding the persons you have provided as references

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

• Execution of recruitment and candidate selection and placement processes
• Evaluation of your application's suitability for open positions
• Planning and execution of interview processes
• Notifying you of the application result
• Storage in the candidate pool for future positions, provided that you have given your explicit consent
• Fulfillment of legal obligations and use as evidence in potential disputes

3. LEGAL GROUNDS

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of Article 5/2-c (being directly related to the establishment of a contract), Article 5/2-ç (fulfillment of legal obligation), and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller) of the KVKK; and based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 and Article 6/2 of the KVKK regarding your sensitive personal data and storage in the candidate pool.

4. TRANSFER

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers from whom we receive human resources and information technology services, as well as server/hosting providers, and to authorized public institutions and organizations upon request, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. COLLECTION METHOD

Your personal data is collected through automated and partially automated means via channels such as the application form on our website, e-mail, career portals, and hand delivery.

6. RETENTION PERIOD

In the event that your application is unsuccessful, your data will be destroyed at the end of the process; if you provide explicit consent for it to be kept in the candidate pool, it will be stored for a maximum of 2 years. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information regarding this, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

I have read and understood the Employee Candidate Clarification Text prepared by AHEL GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. In this context, I provide my explicit consent for;

• The processing of the personal data contained in the resume and application form I submitted for my job application for the purpose of carrying out recruitment processes,
• The processing of my special categories of personal data, such as my photograph, health information, criminal record, and association/foundation/union memberships, should I choose to share them voluntarily in my resume or application form,
• My personal data being stored in the candidate pool for a maximum of 2 years following the conclusion of my application and being evaluated for new positions that may open during this period,
• The persons I have declared as references being contacted for the purpose of evaluating my application,
• My personal data being transferred to the suppliers and service providers specified in the clarification text, limited to these purposes.

I am aware that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@aheltasarim.com.tr and that, in the event of withdrawal, the processing activities based on this consent will cease.
