How can I return the product I purchased from Aheltasarim.com.tr?
1. You can return the product you purchased within 7 (seven) days from the day your order reaches you.
2. The product you want to return must be unworn/unused, unwashed or dry-cleaned, without any deformation and on the label.
3. You must send us the invoice of the product you want to return, inside the product.
4. If there is no mistake in the product because of the company , the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
5. For flaw and defects caused by production in our products, you can contact our Ahel Tasarım line on +90 505 024 01 40 and send them with counter-payment.
6. If the product you want to return is specially prepared for the order, exchange and return are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer's fault.
7. After the product you want to return is delivered to us by the cargo, your return will reach you within 7 - 14 days depending on your bank.
8. There are no exchanges or returns on the products you buy from the discount, unless there is a flaw in the product.

10. IMPORTANT: UNLESS WE APPROVE YOUR RETURN REQUESTS AND PROVIDE CODE, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
